FDA recalls popular cookies, issues life-threatening warning

Gina Marie Bakery in Connecticut has recalled several cookie varieties due to undeclared allergens like nuts and sesame, posing a risk to allergic consumers. The recall, announced by the FDA, also cites the presence of unlisted artificial food dyes, including Red 40 and Yellow 5. The affected cookies were sold at various stores across Connecticut and Springfield, Massachusetts.
